Each year WTR honours leading in-house departments and groups through its Industry Awards. The awards are designed to recognise the vitally important work carried out by in-house trademark counsel, and to identify those teams and individuals that are performing their functions to the highest possible standards. The awards are divided into geographical, industry and individual categories, and winners are selected from nominations received from the global trademark community.
The nominations window for the 2012 awards scheme is now closed. The shortlist will be announced in the June/July issue of World Trademark Review.
