Nominations must be for in-house individuals, trademark departments or groups only. Any nominations for private practice firms will be disregarded.
Self-nomination by in-house individuals, trademark departments or groups is accepted.
Only ONE nomination can be made per category.
Awards will be presented only in categories where sufficient data is available.
The decision of the World Trademark Review team is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
All nominations will be held in the strictest confidence and will not be disclosed to any third parties.
The deadline for nominations is October 31 2008.
